In June 2025, a viral photo from a UFC event raised questions. Trump posed with fighter Kayla Harrison, who placed her championship belt around his waist. Social media users speculated that a line visible under his pants could be a catheter. Some suggested it indicated leg braces, infusion therapy, or Parkinson’s-related issues.
Others dismissed the claims, pointing out that the line was likely just a crease from his pants. Experts note that Foley catheters, medical devices used to drain urine from the bladder, are generally only used after surgery or for specific medical conditions.
White House Response
White House spokesperson Steven Cheung confirmed the catheter claim was false. He highlighted the transparency of Trump’s medical records and emphasized that the April evaluation showed the president in peak condition. Cheung criticized social media speculation as misinformation.
The Verdict
Despite online theories, there is no verified evidence that Donald Trump was wearing a catheter at the UFC event. Official medical reports continue to support his fitness for office.
