Two nearby individuals, Carlos Perea Romero and Angel Zarco, noticed the unusual smoke and immediately pulled over. Recognizing the urgency, they approached the bus and saw that the situation was worsening quickly.
Without hesitation, they stepped in to help the driver evacuate the children. Their decision to act right away played a crucial role in preventing the situation from escalating further.
