First Incident: Disturbance at St. Paul’s School
On February 27, 2026, authorities responded to a call about a disturbance at St. Paul’s School in Concord, New Hampshire. Reports indicated an “unwanted guest” in the campus dining hall, prompting concern among students and staff.
Police arrived and identified Allman as the individual involved, taking him into custody and transporting him to Merrimack County Jail.
