A former girlfriend of Prince Andrew has offered her perspective on a photo that recently circulated online after documents connected to Jeffrey Epstein were released.

According to Hervey, the scene in the photo might show Andrew learning CPR as part of a training course. However, this explanation has not been independently confirmed.
