What Was Discovered Hanging in a 1960s Attic Remains a Mystery

It started as a quick glance into an attic—one of those routine moments where you expect nothing more than dust, forgotten boxes, and the quiet remains of things no longer used.

But something was different.

Suspended from the rafters was an odd, tangled mass that immediately felt out of place. At first glance, it was hard to understand what you were even looking at. The shape was uneven, sagging, and partially swallowed by shadows.
