A disturbing video from the University of Iowa is making waves online, showing police discovering a shocking scene inside a fraternity house. The footage, captured on a police bodycam, has racked up millions of views on YouTube and social media.

The incident occurred at the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity in November 2004. Officers and firefighters responded to a fire alarm, only to find 56 shirtless, blindfolded men in a dark basement, covered in what appeared to be food and other substances.

University officials were quick to emphasize that hazing is strictly prohibited on campus and under Iowa law, yet this footage reveals a startling disregard for safety and rules.
